Apertivo means appetiser in Italian and this is the perfect snacking olive. Their bright green colour comes from the natural way that we cure them.
The ingredient:
This is the classic martini olive but goes well in other cocktails. For more of an olive kick, we add a little of the brine to make
a Dirty Martini.
